The hotel staff was incredibly polite and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, being on par with other 4-star hotels. Additionally, the breakfast was really enjoyable and the location was convenient, with plenty of shops and easy access to transportation options.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and public transportation. The Taqsim square and Beyoglu were just a short distance away, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel also provided a shuttle service for airport transportation, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable amenities such as a cozy sitting area and a terrace to enjoy the view. I also appreciated the room service, which was prompt and efficient. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped business center and a leisure area with a TV room. The free Wi-Fi was a big plus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The hotel location is quite convenient, with easy connections to public transport, and in the heart of downtown. It is also surrounded by several restaurants and shops. the room facilities are clean and modern, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast offers a variety of options and is of good quality.
The noise levels in the rooms are quite high due to lack of soundproofing which can be bothersome for light sleepers.

During my Easter weekend stay, I appreciated the comfortable mattresses and the good Wi, Fi signal throughout the hotel. the hotel was situated in a friendly neighborhood with a supermarket and restaurants just downstairs, which made it convenient for grabbing a quick bite or essentials. the hotel staff was helpful and friendly, making check, in and check, out a breeze.
There were several aspects of the hotel that left me disappointed. the room was smaller than expected, and there was a large gap under the door that allowed for noise to seep in from the hallway.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and ample space for our belongings. We appreciated the convenient location, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Another standout feature was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of fresh and delicious options to start our day.
Our only complaint was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at times due to outside noise. while the location had its advantages, it was somewhat removed from the main tourist attractions and required a bit more effort to get around the city.
